World Migratory Bird Day: Educational discovery hike

Every year, on World Migratory Bird Day, birdwatchers and nature lovers around the globe come together to highlight the importance of migratory birds and raise awareness about habitat conservation. This festive day encourages people of all skill levels to spend a day outdoors, celebrating the incredible diversity of birdlife. This year, the event will be held under the theme of creating bird-friendly cities and communities.

As a volunteer, you’ll participate in one-and-a-half-hour guided walks led by Les amis de la montagne's conservation team. We will discover together the birds with whom we share our living environment, while also learning more about the state of their populations and what we can do collectively to support their long-term survival.
